Warranty

1) Limited Warranty Coverage

CampShit warrants that physical products purchased directly from CampShit through campshit.com will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”).

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products purchased directly from campshit.com.

2) What We Will Do

If a product is determined to have a covered defect during the Warranty Period, CampShit will, at its option:

• Replace the product with the same item (or a comparable item if the original is unavailable), or
• Issue a refund for the purchase price paid for the product (excluding shipping/handling where permitted by law).

We may request that you return the item for inspection. If a return is required, we will provide instructions by email.

3) What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, fading, pilling, stretching, shrinkage, or damage caused by improper washing/drying.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
• Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, bleach, extreme heat, open flame, or environmental conditions beyond normal wear.
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect the function or intended use of the product.
• Items that were not purchased directly from campshit.com.

4) How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, email [email protected] within the Warranty Period and include:

• Your order number (or proof of purchase from campshit.com)
• The product name/description and size (if applicable)
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos showing the defect (and the full item, when possible)

We may ask additional questions to evaluate the claim. Claims submitted outside the Warranty Period may be denied.

5) Disclaimer of Other Warranties

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE (AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW), CAMP SHIT DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

6) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMP SHIT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMP SHIT’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
