1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of campshit.com (the “Site”), including any content, features, and services offered through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

4) Accounts & Security

If the Site allows account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.

5) Purchases

When you place an order through the Site, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping/handling.
• Order confirmations are acknowledgments of receipt, not guarantees of acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order (including for suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors).

Pricing & availability: Prices, products, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We strive for accuracy, but errors can occur. If an error affects your order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

Shipping & delivery: Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Returns/exchanges: If we publish separate return, exchange, or warranty terms, those terms apply and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6) Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, photos, designs, audio, video, and code—are owned by CampShit or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Site without our express written permission, except as permitted by law.

7) User Content

If you submit or post content (such as reviews, comments, photos, or other materials) (“User Content”), you represent that you have the right to do so and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

By submitting User Content, you grant CampShit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/display), publish, and display your User Content in connection with operating, marketing, and improving the Site and our products. You can request removal of User Content you submitted by contacting [email protected], but copies may remain in backups or where required for legal reasons.

We may remove or refuse to display User Content at our discretion.

8) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers (including introducing malware or conducting denial-of-service attacks).

10) Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMP SHIT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CAMP SHIT FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF NO SUCH PAYMENT WAS MADE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CampShit and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Site. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification).

14) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where CampShit’s principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
